1. Application Submission – Parents begin by requesting an application, which we provide either in person or via email. This application gathers essential information about the child and family.

2. Walkthrough & Tour – Once the application is completed and returned, we schedule a walkthrough of our facility. This gives parents the opportunity to see our environment, meet our caregivers, and ask any questions about our programs, policies, and daily routines.

3. Payment & Tuition Options – We believe in making quality childcare accessible, so we accept both private pay and state-assisted payments. During the walkthrough, we provide detailed information about tuition, available financial assistance, and payment arrangements to ensure clarity and ease for families.

4. Finalizing Enrollment – After the walkthrough, families will receive the final enrollment paperwork, including medical and emergency contact forms. Once all required documents and fees are submitted, the child’s start date is confirmed.
